Scope of Services
Dependent on the installed operating system and the regular Security Advisories announcements the Security Patches will be installed once a month, during the defined time frame on the maintained system.
Limitations
Special demanding applications like a terminal server or a mail server with filters will be looked into together with the customer. Version bumps will be offered separately.
