Most operating systems (Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, UNIX, Novell, ...) and the monitoring of services and processes are supported. As a highlight, Service Level Agreements (SLA) can be integrated in the system.
This offer is ideal for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), who want to avoid the cost and complexity of their own monitoring infrastructure.
