The OXtender2 mail profile needs to be recreated. There are two possibilities to do this:
Option 1: Use the OX Support Tool
- Start the Tool "SupportTool.exe" which is located in the Profile directory of the OXtender2 (by default this is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Open-Xchange\OXtender 2 for Microsoft Outlook\Profile").
- Click on the "Profiles" tab
- Select your OXtender2 profile
- Click "Recreate Service"
Option 2: Delete and install the profile manually
- Uninstall the OXtender2
- Go to the Control Panel
- Search for "Mail" and start the "Mail" application
- Select the OXtender2 profile and click "Remove"
- Reinstall the OXtender2
