How can I allow other users to see my calendar?

How can I solve the Problem "Unknown SyncID ... for folder hierarchy"?

The OXtender2 mail profile needs to be recreated. There are two possibilities to do this:

Option 1: Use the OX Support Tool

  • Start the Tool "SupportTool.exe" which is located in the Profile directory of the OXtender2 (by default this is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Open-Xchange\OXtender 2 for Microsoft Outlook\Profile").
  • Click on the "Profiles" tab
  • Select your OXtender2 profile
  • Click "Recreate Service"

Option 2: Delete and install the profile manually

  • Uninstall the OXtender2
  • Go to the Control Panel
  • Search for "Mail" and start the "Mail" application
  • Select the OXtender2 profile and click "Remove"
  • Reinstall the OXtender2
