Open Mozilla Thunderbird. The Account Wizard will guide you trough the configuration. Choose E-Mail Account and click on "Next".

Fill in your Name and your Email Address and click on "Next".

Choose POP as type of incoming server enter pop.stepping-stone.ch at the field "Incoming Server". At the field "Outgoing Server" enter smtp.stepping-stone.ch and click on "Next".
