| 2011-06-26 | Maintenance window: Dear Customer, after the routing problems on saturday june 18th and the observed instabilities in our backbone at Colobern North as of this morning (flapping of BGP sessions until around 9h30), we have decided to proceed to an emergency core-router software upgrade during the maintenance window of saturday june 26th 02h00 - 06h00. During the maintenance window, we will have to reboot the core-routers and this may lead to several interruptions between 5 - 10 minutes. Thank you for your attention and understanding. |

We assume that the problem was caused by FIB corruption on one of our core routers. We have taken that router offline. We will analyze the problem further and take all necessary steps to fix it definitively. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your kind understanding. |
